The Silver Lake Private Equity Case Competition (SLPECC) offers a unique platform for undergraduate students to explore private equity opportunities by selecting a target company and conducting their own buyout analysis. The competition is a great opportunity for students to interact with professionals from the industry. The competition will comprise of two rounds to help students structure and develop their buyout proposals. There will also be an informative workshop to guide students on LBO valuation techniques. Top teams will have the opportunity to showcase their buyout analysis before judges from Silver Lake and other PE firms. A total cash prize of $1000 will be awarded. $1000 .
The Competition is sponsored by Silver Lake and is organized by the Phi Gamma Nu Business Fraternity, an organization which has seen great success in hosting major pioneer professional events such as the Annual Internship Fair.
