Introductory Workshop

Wharton Finance Professor Robert Holthausen will conduct an introductory workshop to guide students in preparing their buyout proposal. Topics covered will include an overview of the private equity industry, tips on selecting a potential buy out target and an introduction to valuation and LBO modeling. Sponsors will provide more information on the structure of the competition and highlight specific rules and guidelines.

The workshop is scheduled to take place Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at 5:00pm. The venue is to to be confirmed.
